제1조 (목적)
Article 1 (Purpose)
본 약관은 「식품효능」(이하 "앱")이 제공하는 식품 효능 정보 서비스의 이용 조건 및 절차, 이용자와 앱 간의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
These Terms govern the conditions, procedures, rights, obligations, and responsibilities between "FoodEff" (the "App") and its users regarding the food efficacy information service.
제2조 (용어의 정의)
Article 2 (Definitions)
- 서비스 / Service: 앱이 제공하는 식품 효능 정보 조회 등 일체의 기능 / All features provided by the App, including food efficacy lookup
- 이용자 / User: 앱을 설치하여 서비스를 이용하는 자 / Anyone who installs and uses the App
- 콘텐츠 / Content: 앱 내에서 제공되는 식품 효능, 부작용, 성분, 조리법 등의 정보 / Information provided in the App such as food efficacy, side effects, ingredients, and recipes
제3조 (약관의 효력 및 변경)
Article 3 (Effectiveness and Amendments)
- 본 약관은 앱 내에 게시함으로써 효력이 발생합니다. / These Terms become effective upon posting within the App.
- 앱은 합리적인 사유가 발생할 경우 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경된 약관은 앱 업데이트를 통해 안내됩니다. / The App may amend these Terms for reasonable cause; changes are communicated through app updates.
- 이용자가 변경된 약관에 동의하지 않는 경우 서비스 이용을 중단할 수 있습니다. / Users who disagree with amended terms may discontinue use of the service.
제4조 (서비스의 내용)
Article 4 (Service Description)
앱은 다음의 서비스를 무료로 제공합니다.
The App provides the following services free of charge:
- 식품별 효능, 부작용, 성분, 조리법 정보 제공 / Food efficacy, side effects, ingredients, and cooking information
- 증상·효능 기반 식품 검색 / Food search based on symptoms and efficacy
- 다국어 지원 (한국어, 영어) / Multilingual support (Korean, English)
제5조 (서비스 이용)
Article 5 (Service Usage)
- 서비스는 별도의 회원가입이나 로그인 없이 이용할 수 있습니다. / The service can be used without registration or login.
- 앱 내 광고가 포함될 수 있습니다. / Advertisements may be displayed within the App.
제6조 (이용자의 의무)
Article 6 (User Obligations)
이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
Users shall not engage in the following activities:
- 서비스의 정상적인 운영을 방해하는 행위 / Interfering with normal service operations
- 앱의 콘텐츠를 무단으로 복제·배포하는 행위 / Unauthorized copying or distribution of App content
- 앱을 리버스 엔지니어링, 디컴파일 또는 분해하는 행위 / Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
- 법령 또는 공공질서에 반하는 행위 / Violating laws or public order
제7조 (콘텐츠에 대한 면책)
Article 7 (Content Disclaimer)
앱에서 제공하는 식품 효능 정보는 공개된 연구논문, 언론 의학 기사 등에 기초를 둔 참고 정보이며, 의학적 진단이나 치료를 대체하지 않습니다. 식품을 섭취했을 때 나타나는 반응은 개인마다 차이가 있을 수 있습니다.
The food efficacy information provided by the App is reference material based on published research papers and medical articles, and does not substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Individual reactions to food consumption may vary.
- 앱은 콘텐츠의 정확성, 완전성, 유용성을 보증하지 않습니다. / The App does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of its content.
- 이용자가 앱의 정보를 근거로 취한 행동에 대해 앱은 책임을 지지 않습니다. / The App is not responsible for actions taken based on its information.
- 건강에 관한 중요한 결정은 반드시 전문 의료인과 상담하시기 바랍니다. / Always consult a medical professional for important health decisions.
제8조 (서비스 중단)
Article 8 (Service Interruption)
앱은 다음의 경우 서비스 제공을 일시 중단할 수 있습니다.
The App may temporarily suspend service provision in the following cases:
- 시스템 점검, 보수, 교체가 필요한 경우 / System maintenance, repair, or replacement
- 천재지변, 국가 비상사태 등 불가항력적 사유가 발생한 경우 / Force majeure such as natural disasters or national emergencies
- 기타 서비스 운영상 합리적인 사유가 있는 경우 / Other reasonable operational circumstances
제9조 (지적재산권)
Article 9 (Intellectual Property)
- 앱의 디자인, 로고, 소프트웨어 등에 대한 지적재산권은 앱 운영자에게 있습니다. / Intellectual property rights for the App's design, logo, and software belong to the App operator.
- 이용자는 앱의 지적재산을 상업적으로 이용하거나 제3자에게 이용하게 해서는 안 됩니다. / Users shall not commercially exploit the App's intellectual property or allow third parties to do so.
제10조 (분쟁 해결)
Article 10 (Dispute Resolution)
- 본 약관과 관련된 분쟁은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해결합니다. / Disputes related to these Terms shall be resolved under the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- 서비스 이용과 관련하여 분쟁이 발생한 경우, 앱 운영자의 소재지를 관할하는 법원을 전속 관할 법원으로 합니다. / The court with jurisdiction over the App operator's location shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
